R&D¡¡ As a specialized manufacture of battery products, in order to meet different requirements in different areas and make our customers use our batteries safely, we have established a powerful in-house R&D center, which is contributed in the R&D of the battery protection circuit, charging management circuit and battery case structure. We own a team composed by more than 20 experienced engineers, who can in time master the newest technology and information.

QC¡¡ We set up QC sites in every process from testing physical and chemical performance of all raw materials to inspecting finished product performance. Every product is marked with a note to record materials and test result during manufacturing process. In battery assembly lines, we finish a complete test of finished products¡¯ contact reliability and compatibility by their compatible machines. We do not make a new battery item into mass production without real machine inspection. On a finished product finally is stamped with an ID code for their own warranty period. Our goal is provide ¡°zero-problem¡± products to our customer.
RMA ¡¡We think quality at top priority. Each product is passed a series of strict test before shipment. With nearly ten-year export business experience, we fully understood customers¡¯ concerns of warranty and RMA procedures, so we care our product quality control prior shipment and are also responsible for all our defective products after sales. But happily we have extremely low defective rate. We are not the best but we can do the better.

Cell Capacity Selection
We have strict Supplier Procurement Approval System. To keep reliable quality and safety characteristics, we choose Panasonic, Sanyo, Samsung, LG and world-class Chinese Li-Ion cells into our products. After cells, as key material of a battery, approved, for mass production, we charge and discharge cells 100% to select requested capacity and match those under strict quality standard.
We select and match by the standard of capacity difference <20mAh, voltage difference <10mV and internal resistance <3mohm in any pack, which is to keep cell conformity so as to exert the cell energy maximum for longer battery life.
Assembly Lines
We own 4 assembly lines and additional 2 idle lines for booming demand. Efficient and scientific management ensures daily output of 1500pcs laptop batteries and of 1000pcs adaptors. Every kind of product is produced with specific processing procedure specifications and is passed with strict and professional QC in the lines. All new employees are trained or experienced in their position. Each products are produced according to ROHS directive and CE standard.
Ultrasonic Welding
Ultrasonic welding involves the use of high frequency sound energy to soften or melt the thermoplastic at the joint. The process of generating melt at the mating surfaces of two thermoplastic parts. When ultrasonic vibrations stop, the molten material solidifies and a weld is achieved. The resultant joint strength approaches that of the parent material and joint seal is hermetic. In order to guarantee successful welding, proper part and joint design of components and fixtures are required. So we develop and design most plastic case of battery products by ourselves in order to use the advanced Ultrasonic welding technology.
Finished Battery Pack Testing
The machines which imitate the way that how a laptop operates, can inspect any battery if working under normal condition. The testing is conducted after a battery is assembled before delivery and charge/discharge a battery 2-3 times, it ensure low RMA ratio. Special over-charging & aging process guarantee the battery safety performance and inspect battery protection circuit module in over-charge, over-discharge, over-heat and big-current charging multi-protection functions.
